Hydor ETH 300w External Heater
I was reluctant to try a new type of heater on the discus tank. My submersible heater worked just fine but I wanted to remove all equipment from the tank, especially powered equipment.

Pros...
1. Very easy to install.
2. Compact design.
3. Easy way to get equipment out of the tank.
4. Maintains steady temperature.
Cons...
1. Potential for leak. Double check your installation.
The heater works great and keeps my 90g at a stable 83F wiith plenty of room on the dial. There is a red LED indicator light telling you the heater is on.
I am so impressed with this Hydor ETH heater I will be outfitting my 65g with one next. This heater is discus approved.
Overall I am very satisfied with Hydor products. I feel confident suggesting them to others and giving this heater positive remarks.
